Operation Eagle Attack

This bird can play.

Operation Eagle Attack was a codename during World War 2 for a series of German air attacks against the British Air force (RAF), battles later knows as The Battle of Britain.

Of course, the image above has nothing to do with World War 2 or German air raids. It’s just a picture of a very grumpy eagle giving an oriental dude a lesson in aerial supremacy which he will never forget.

Research station fails polar bear safety

I come in peace.

I come in peace.

The polar bear is listed as an endangered species because of global warming melting its sea ice habitat. That does not stop this mighty bear from endangering other species as well. Perhaps he’s looking to settle the score with some polluting humans, or maybe a Japanese guy is a welcome change of diet – eating all those seals can be a bit boring.

Who let the dogs out

Even dogs can fail.  They can make their owners fail, or just random humans happening to be in the way. Even if you’re a cat person you’ll think some of these dogs are funny, and even if you’re a dog person you can’t help laughing at some of their mishaps.

Oh, by the way, we’re aware that the first dog is not actually a dog…
